As part of their net-zero programme, SF2E (part of the Manergy group) have selected hot air turbine technology from Bluebox Energy and combustion equipment from CompteR to develop a high-efficiency biomass cogeneration plant.
These installations will provide heat for district-heating networks and electricity to the grid. Initial design work in 2022, with the bulk of detailed engineering and build in 2023.
